That’s cool, because the book is a good resource in understanding how psychosis can be understood in a psychological way, and how recovery can be supported. Paris Williams has thought deeply about these issues, and has a good understanding of both the problems and the possible solutions.

Some would say don't rely on this since the evidence was "low quality" but I think the key point is that is the best evidence we have so far about long term effects.
